DealReady Group provides business preparation, independent valuation, certification and advisor introduction services to business owners in the mid-market.
We are not a selling broker and we do not act as one. Once a business is certified, we introduce the owner to an accredited broker or M&A advisor. That advisor manages the subsequent sale process independently.
Introductions to advisors, buyers or acquirers are professional referrals only. They are not financial advice and should not be treated as such. You should seek independent financial and legal advice before making any decision to sell or acquire a business.
Valuations and indicative ranges provided through our services are estimates based on the information you supply and comparable market data. They are not offers to purchase, not formal appraisals, and do not guarantee any sale price or outcome.
Business sale processes involve market conditions, buyer appetite and negotiation outcomes that are outside our control. We cannot and do not guarantee that a certified business will sell, or at what price.
