What DealReady Certification means
DealReady Certification confirms the maintainable earnings position based on the financial information and supporting evidence reviewed during the Certification process.
It is not a statutory audit or assurance engagement.
What Deal Preparation means
Deal Preparation helps identify, substantiate, strengthen and present the supportable financial and transaction position of a business before a major financial event.
What we do not do
Preparation and Certification do not guarantee a valuation, a buyer, a transaction or a sale price.
Certification does not guarantee future earnings, business performance, transaction outcomes or finance approval.
Independent advice
Nothing we provide replaces independent legal, tax, financial, buyer or lender due diligence.
